Validation Required
You understand what will be built and how. No jargon — we explain in plain terms.
Phase 04
Implementation
Estimated duration: 2-6 weeks
We build. You see progress in real time. Each component is tested individually before being integrated into the system.

- Complete testing (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Weekly progress reports
- Continuous adjustments based on your feedback
Validation Required
You test each feature as we go. Nothing is delivered without your validation.
Phase 05
Validation

We measure results against the objectives defined in phase 2. We compare the before and after situation, transparently.

- Final adjustments if needed
- Documentation of achieved results
Validation Required
If objectives aren't met, we adjust. We don't move on until you're satisfied.
Phase 06
Handoff
Estimated duration: 1 week
We hand you the keys. Your team is trained, documentation is complete, and you're autonomous. If you want us to continue managing, we offer optional support.

- Transfer of all access and credentials
- Maintenance and troubleshooting guide
Validation Required
You're autonomous. We stay available if you need us — but you don't have to.
And after delivery?
You have two options. Both are correct.
Option 1 — Autonomy
You receive a working system, complete documentation, and training. You manage everything yourself. If you ever need a hand, we're here.
Option 2 — Support
Same thing, plus a monthly subscription: monitoring, maintenance, updates and priority support. We handle everything, you focus on your business.
